This website featured:
- A logo created from a feature on the front of Gemma and Patrick's house and which was used throughout the site
- Adjusted and corrected photographs
- A bespoke hand-coded Javascript powered fee calculator
- A contact/enquiry form which corrected leap-year dates
- It was designed to work correctly - even in Internet Explorer 6
Patrick and Gemma supplied all of the text and most of the photographs, the rest of which I sourced or created myself.
All of the photographs had to be adjusted in some way - colour corrected, levelled, perspective distortion corrected, sharpened and in one case an entire person had to be painted out of one of the photos!
The fee calculator would allow you to choose which training options you required and it would show you instantly what the fee would be.
The contact/enquiry form would only allow “legal” dates to be selected, so it was not possible to select the 31st of February, April, June, September or November and it was not possible to select the 30th of February but it was possible to select the 29th of February on a leap-year.
